Epic Internet Ventures SEO Terms of Service

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

You must be at least (18) years of age to use this website. By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant and represent that you are at least (18) years of age.

Coupons

Regular, email, and support coupon codes may only be used 1 time per person, once used they will expire unless an expiration date has been given in the ad or promotion. Additional coupons may be granted from time to time at Epic Internet Ventures SEO's discretion.

Monthly promotion coupons, those that are advertised "(month) Promotion" can be used unlimited times, but only 1 time per order.

In all instances of coupon codes, they can only be used at a maximum rate of 1 per order, unless otherwise noted above. All coupons have no cash value at all, therefore are not subject to refund or guarantee policies. All coupon codes time to complete services shall be completed within the normal allotted time for an equal value item that is sold. Example, if you are receiving 50 PR4+ backlinks in a coupon code, in addition to your order, you would reference the time that it would normally take to complete that service as if you were buy it, and that would be the time to complete.

All coupons will expire at the end of every calendar year, regardless if an expiration date is given or not. new coupons will be issued at the beginning of every year. If an expiration date is given in the ad then the coupon will expire when the ad says it will expire, the monthly promotion coupons expire at 12:00 am (midnight) eastern time zone on the last day of that month, and all other coupons in absence of expiration date will expire at 12:00 am (midnight) December 31 eastern time zone of the year it was issued in. Epic Internet Ventures SEO reserves the right to honor coupons after the expiration date.

Epic Internet Ventures SEO reserves the right to honor coupons in the event of a dispute or issue at their discretion. Coupons are meant to be a promotion and a bonus to orders over $50.00 unless otherwise noted. Any order placed with a coupon code that fails to adhere to the written ad the coupon is in shall be filled void of coupon code bonus. Meaning, if the coupon code says you have to place the order by X date and for orders above $50.00; if both of those conditions are not met, Epic Internet Ventures SEO is under no obligation to fill such coupon, but will complete the order.

Epic Internet Ventures SEO will complete and honor coupon codes in good faith unless any of the written provisions are not adhered to.

Guarantees

EDU Links - LIFETIME

Epic Internet Ventures SEO guarantees ALL EDU backlinks for life. There are a few requirements for this guarantee to assure no exploitation of this guarantee.

  1. If the EDU link is a forum profile link, the link has been deleted, and we have provided you a profile log in and password; if the site is still operational and functional. We reserve the right to have you return the log in and password to us, and we may change the password on this site before we issue a link refund. Of we determine you have taken or acted in bad faith to recover the password in any way, we reserve the right to revoke this guarantee on this link and all other links we have issued to you. The purpose here is to keep people from deleting links, asking for a new link, and then going back and placing the link back on the page, whereby gaining an extra EDU link.

  2. You must email our support staff at web.support@epicinternetventures.com and advise us of the deleted link. In this email we will need the link address, what item or package was ordered when you placed this order, either the date you placed the order or the date the final order was filled, a copy of the original document (normally a txt or excel file) we provided you when we completed your order, your name, and your email address. We also reserve the right to request that you send us proof of payment for this order, should we need it.

Upon receipt of your notification, and all of the above terms are met, Epic Internet Ventures SEO shall verify the validity of your claim. Once your claim has been verified, Epic Internet Ventures SEO support will notify you via email that your claim has either been approved or not approved. If you claim has not been approved, Epic Internet Ventures SEO shall list reason(s) why your claim was not approved. If there is any documentation missing to complete your claim, we will notify you of what missing information is required in order to complete your claim. If your claim requires more information as outlined above, we will hold your claim open for 30 days while we wait for your reply and documentation to complete your claim. If you fail to reply within 30 days, we will close your claim. Upon receipt of the necessary documentation we will complete verification as listed above.

Once your claim has been approved, we will process your claim and replace the EDU link within 10 business days.

All non coupon purchases - 30 days

For all other non coupon work we complete, including EDU links; Epic Internet Ventures SEO guarantees our work. The guarantee extends to matters of time to complete and types of links only. Epic Internet Ventures SEO makes no warrantees on your placement in search engines or to how much traffic will generate from your purchase of our service. If our work is not completed on time OR if we did not provide the services you ordered and paid for, we will give you the choice on how to proceed.

We will DOUBLE your order at which time we will complete the order as advertised and give you the same number of services as a guaranteed bonus. The initial services shall be completed within 7 days from the date of your request.

OR

We will refund money equal to the amount of your payment for the services that were not completed as stated above. No fees will be adjusted for PayPal or any other fees we may have paid. We will take a loss on those fees in an effort to satisfy our clients.

In order to be eligible for a claim guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your final services documentation. A copy of the email that was sent to you in the final must accompany your request. You must notify web.support@epicinternetventures.com within the 30 day time frame. Failue to do so will result in your forfeit of your guarantee.

If Epic Internet Ventures SEO determines that anyone has used the guarantee to exploit free links, Epic Internet Ventures SEO reserves the right to refuse and refund future orders where we have issued a guarantee refund or double backlinks. We will investigate the matter in good faith should we suspect that anyone is exploiting the guarantee in any way.
